No two people are alike, and no single approach fits every individual. My therapeutic orientation draws from psychodynamic and relational frameworks, attachment theory, and existential exploration — creating a foundation for understanding the deeper patterns, early experiences, and relational dynamics that shape how you move through the world. Where it serves you, I also integrate cognitive-behavioral approaches, including DBT and ACT, alongside solution-focused strategies, mindfulness, skills training, and stress reduction techniques. The result is a thoughtful, tailored approach that meets you where you are.

Insight matters — but so does compassion. Our work blends reflection with emotional processing to help you move from pressure, numbness, or self-doubt toward clarity and steadiness. Together, we examine the assumptions, motivations, and beliefs that contribute to feelings of stagnation and distress, while also identifying those that cultivate growth, resilience, and fulfillment. This is not simply an exercise in understanding the mind — it is a holistic endeavor, one that fosters a deeper and more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Sessions are 45 minutes and typically begin on a weekly basis. As our work progresses, we revisit frequency together, adjusting as needed based on your evolving needs and progress. I offer telehealth sessions to residents across New York and New Jersey, as well as in-person sessions in New York City. I am also registered through PSYPACT, which allows me to practice telehealth across 40 participating states.

You don't have to wait until things fall apart. If you're ready to feel more aligned and fully present in your life, I would be honored to work with you.
